On hands have candlesticks,meanings i don't know.

Under the head of a tiger probably Latin,under it the inscription in Russian To each his own.
On the left hand of seagulls but without sun,usually with sun.
On the left arm above the elbow are watchtower.
On the middle finger of left hand Cross Orthodox.

On the index finger Cross Orthodox,on middle finger signet-ring but thin like ring.
