We here at BCT, take an active roll in securing a safe environment for our local community. We have entrusted this task to our self proclaimed "neighborhood watchdog." This fearless man of the night known simply as, Billy Idol. His real name and identity with held, so our superhero may remain anonymous and continue to fight the good fight. Godspeed, Billy. Godspeed!
